Designed for effortless setup and robust performance, the third-generation hub brings faster connectivity, enhanced wireless Mesh capabilities and improved system reliability.
Simply plug neoHub G3 into your broadband router, create your free account via the neoApp and start controlling heating, hot water and connected appliances from anywhere via your smartphone or tablet. No technical expertise required.

High/Low Temperature Alert – notification when temperature goes outside predefined thresholds
Window/Door Open – if connected contact switches detect ventilation, alerts will trigger
Low Battery Warning – for wireless sensors, neoAir and contact switches, repeated every 48 hours until resolved
Each alert clearly identifies the location and device involved.

Our first generation hub worked well and then died. Perhaps Heatmiser would offer us a discount on a replacement given it only lasted 4 years, Nope.... Hopefully the rest of the system will last a bit longer...

Easy to set up. Had it installed, synced 19 thermostats to it and changed settings within 1 hour (all whilst holding a two-month old baby. The ability to control the neo stats as a group and not individually is a massive time saver and good for peace of mind. Can access from anywhere (with an internet connection)
