I had it all set up within an hour of taking it out of the box. However, I did have a problem pairing with my wireless Neostats. First, since there is nothing printed on the units I didnt know which model, 1st of 2nd generation of neostats I had. Ascertained that I have Gen2, identified by the colour of the displays. To do the pairing item 7.2 in the instructions (in the app on the phone, and in the quick setup guide which comes with the hub) says to press the tick button twice. This doesnt seem to work. Somewhere on one of the support pages on the Heatmiser site is the answer which is to press the tick button once, scroll across to the setup function then press the tick button again, something like that. Once I'd figured it out it is very easy. And all the initial connection of the hub to the router and getting them communicating with each other and linking up to the Heatmiser servers happens automatically. The app is good to use.

True plug and play. No problems connecting to the router but I did have some issues trying to get it to talk to the thermostats though I don't know if the problem was with the thermostats or the hub. All working now. It would be useful to have a little more information on the functions more easily available. I had to hunt around the heatmiser website to find stuff out.
