Understanding neo
Different rooms. Your choice of comfort.
Your living room, bedroom and bathroom do not always need the same temperature at the same time. neo lets you organise compatible heating zones around how you use your home.
Control each zone
Set temperatures and schedules for individual heating zones, rather than treating the whole home the same.
Fit your daily routine
Plan heating around the times you use each space, and adjust it when your plans change.
Bring heating together
Manage compatible underfloor and radiator heating controls together in the neoApp, at home or while you are away.
How the system fits together
There are three main parts to an app-controlled neo system.
neoApp
Your everyday view of rooms, temperatures and schedules.
neoHub
Connects compatible neo controls to the app through your home internet connection.
Your room controls
Thermostats or radiator controls matched to your heating.
Overview only: the neoHub connects to your router by Ethernet. Room controls communicate wirelessly with the hub. Receivers, wiring centres and connections to the heating equipment depend on your installation.

One connected home
The neoHub brings compatible room controls together in the neoApp. Each heating zone can have its own temperature and schedule, while you manage them from one place.
For example, you could schedule the bathroom for the morning and the living room for the evening, with different settings for each space.
Everyday control with neoApp
Use one app to manage your connected heating, without visiting each thermostat to make a change.
- Check your rooms. See temperatures and adjust settings from your phone.
- Make schedules easier. Set time and temperature settings to suit your week.
- Respond to a change of plans. Adjust your heating when you need something different.
- Manage compatible hot water controls. Set hot water times where your system includes this option.
App control requires a compatible neoHub and an internet connection.
Choose controls to suit your heating
neo is a system of compatible products, rather than one thermostat for every installation. Your heating type and existing wiring determine which controls you need.
Water underfloor heating
Room thermostats manage the heating zones. A suitable wiring centre connects the controls to the manifold and heating equipment.
Radiator heating
A room thermostat can manage a radiator heating zone. For individual radiator control, neoFlo works with neoHub G3 and a compatible system setup.
Electric underfloor heating
A dedicated electric floor heating thermostat, such as neoStat-e, controls the heating and works with the appropriate floor sensor.
Have more than one heating type? Compatible neo controls can share the same neoHub and app. The heating connections still need to be designed for each part of your system.
Starting new, or extending what you have?
Planning a new system
Start with your heating layout and the rooms you want to control separately. Your installer can then select the thermostats, hub and supporting equipment for the job.
Already using neo?
Check your existing controls and neoHub generation before adding products. You may be able to bring more rooms or heating types into the same app, depending on compatibility.
A few useful things to know
Do all neo products need a neoHub?
Some neo thermostats, including neoStat, can operate as standalone controls. A compatible neoHub adds neoApp control. neoFlo requires neoHub G3 as part of its system.
Does “wireless” mean there is no wiring?
No. Wireless thermostats can communicate with a receiver or wiring centre without a control cable between them. The receiver, wiring centre and heating equipment still need the appropriate power and wiring.
Can I use neo with my existing heating?
That depends on the heating equipment, installed controls and wiring. Check compatibility before buying, particularly if you are replacing a thermostat or adding radiator controls.
