The first unit was faulty (no LED light showing) but once I had returned it and got a replacement the setup was extremely straightforward. Pairing it with our thermostats was really easy and I am finding it easier to programme them from the app than adjusting them directly with their buttons. We now have control over the heating in our house when we go away and can ensure that it is ready for us when we return.

Was harder to setup that I expected. The instructions in the box where la king infomation and offered no help when thing did not work. They key is just wait for it to update itself before trying anything

Used three neoStats with this neoHub to control three pumps on a very large domestic c/h system. Replaced three digital timers which were difficult to re-program every time the start / stop / run times needed changing. Now the client can change the settings from his phone. Sorted!
