    There is no receiver included with this product. If you require a receiver, please select one from the options available above.

    neoAir thermostats are designed to run on AAA alkaline batteries with a maximum voltage of 1.5V. Other battery types may be used, but their output voltage must not exceed 1.6V.

    1.2V rechargeable batteries may be used with neoAir V2 and V3 models, but the thermostat may display the low battery symbol prematurely.

      Paired with an RF switch V2. Manual instructions appear to be in the reverse order. Got it paired only when I enabled pairing on the switch first and then the stat. The manual orders the stat first then the switch. Tried it many times unsuccessfully until I tried it switch first then stat. Worked on both CH1 and CH2. Otherwise it has behaved well.

      Really easy to use. Would like more guidance on the fact that you need NeoHub to use the app though. Isn't that clear.

      Easy to programme and use. Accurate with temperature so will hopefully save on gas bills in the long run. One degree difference between the sensor and heating starting. Slim enough to not be an eye sore on the wall.

      Good piece of kit works well and does the job
