This Manual Thermostat offers greater control when compared with standard bi-metallic thermostats. This room thermostat requires at least 3 wires to operate (Live, Neutral and Switch wire) Please check your wiring and the manual download to ensure your system is compatible.

1. if the dial were slightly stiffer it would not be so easily moved accidentally. 2. The very small 'on' indicator (a flame icon) is very difficult to see except in strong light. Bigger would be better.

Improved DS1-L, easier for anyone unfamiliar to operate. v2 does not fit DS1 backplate so needs a back box and making connections from underside can be awkward. DS1-L were prone to seize up preventing temp adjustment so will see if v2 better
