neoStat V2 replacement PSU back plate

Easy to fit and fixed the issue of a permanently stuck switch meaning the underfloor valve was always open no matter what the face plate said. Replacement fixed the issue. Failed after 14 months which was disappointing but the other 7 zones seem ok.

Would have been better if Heatmiser supported their long standing customers by selling a replacement PSU backplate for the original neoStat (non-v2) as it seems like its a when not if they will fail due to lack of cooling, which was added to the v2. This updated version improves cooling, which is contributing factor to the eventual failure of the original. Unfortunately it has different edge mounts for the thermostat itself, making the casing incompatible with the original v1 neoStat. Fortunately I was able to transfer the PSU from the new backplate into the old one, avoiding the cost of replacing all our v1 neoStats with v2, which would have been very costly and wasteful.

Fixed the issue
