The neoStat 12V V3 is the low-voltage variant of our latest smart thermostat range, designed for systems that require a 12V powered thermostat with a volt-free output. With the same modern interface as the 230V neoStat V3, including a crisp backlit display and illuminated touch keys, it offers intuitive and reliable control across a wide range of applications.

Ideal for use with the UH8-N Wiring Centre, neoStat 12V V3 communicates wirelessly with the neoHub to form a fully connected multi-zone smart heating system.

Flexible Low-Voltage Control

neoStat 12V V3 can operate either as a programmable thermostat or as a timer, giving you the flexibility to control heating, towel rails, lighting and other low-voltage connected devices.

Built for Connected Multi-Zone Control

When paired with the neoHub (sold separately), neoStat 12V V3 becomes part of the wider neo smart control system, giving you remote access through the neoApp and compatibility with leading smart home platforms.

This makes it a strong choice for multi-zone systems where low-voltage smart control and wider connectivity are both required.

Compatibility Notice – neoHub (1st Generation)

The neoStat 12V V3 requires a neoHub (2nd Generation or later) and is not compatible with the original 1st Generation neoHub.

As the neo system has evolved, newer products have been designed around modern connectivity standards to deliver improved reliability, performance and long-term support. As a result, the latest neoStat 12V V3 cannot be supported by the original neoHub hardware.

If you are upgrading from a first-generation neoHub, a current neoHub is required to unlock the full benefits of the neo smart control system and ensure compatibility with future updates and enhancements.

Is neoStat 12V V3 compatible with all neoHubs?

No. neoStat 12V V3 is compatible with neoHub (2nd Generation and later) and is not compatible with the original 1st Generation neoHub.

Why doesn’t neoStat 12V V3 work with the 1st Generation neoHub?

The neo system has evolved to use newer connectivity standards that improve reliability, security and long-term performance. The original neoHub hardware does not support these newer technologies, which means it cannot communicate with the latest neoStat 12V V3 thermostat.

This is a common and unavoidable part of developing modern, secure smart-home systems and ensures the neo platform can continue to support future features and updates.

Do I need to replace my neoHub to use neoStat 12V V3?

If you currently have a 1st Generation neoHub, yes — a 2nd Generation neoHub or later is required to use neoStat 12V V3.
