Set radiator temperatures and schedules in neoApp, with a connection that lets rooms request heat.

The neoFlo Heating Pack includes three smart radiator thermostats, neoHub G3 and RF Switch. neoFlo controls each radiator, neoHub G3 provides app access, and RF Switch connects radiator heat requests to your boiler or heating zone.

One for each compatible radiator you want to control. The pack covers three radiators; rooms with more than one radiator may need more than one device.

App connection

1 × neoHub G3

Connects to your internet router and pairs wirelessly with neoFlo, giving you neoApp temperature control, schedules and remote access.

Heating connection

1 × RF Switch

Receives wireless heat requests directly from neoFlo. A qualified installer connects it to your boiler or heating zone.

Professional installation for RF Switch. Your installer must check compatibility and wire the receiver to your heating system before rooms can call for heat.

Is the Heating Pack right for your home?

Choose this pack when you want app control and radiator rooms to be able to switch the heating on when they need warmth. It can be used in radiator-only homes or alongside compatible neo underfloor heating controls.

If your existing controls already supply heat when these rooms need it, you may not need RF Switch. The Smart Pack includes the same three neoFlo and neoHub G3, without the receiver.

Already using neoApp? Open My Properties to check your hub model beneath your property name. If you already have neoHub G3, you may be able to keep it and add only the components you need.

neoHub Gen 1 and Gen 2 need upgrading for neoFlo app control. This pack includes G3; move compatible existing neo devices to the new hub following the setup guidance. Ask your installer to assess any RF Switch you already have.

How the components work together

neoFlo adjusts the radiator valve to maintain your chosen temperature. When the room needs warmth, it sends a wireless request directly to the paired RF Switch, which switches on the connected boiler or heating zone. neoHub G3 separately connects neoFlo to neoApp for temperatures, schedules and remote access.

Two separate connections. neoFlo pairs directly with RF Switch for heat requests and with neoHub G3 for app control. RF Switch does not connect through the hub. Your installer configures the heating connection and pairing for your setup.

Check your radiator valve before fitting

neoFlo has an M30 × 1.5 connection for compatible thermostatic radiator valves.
A Danfoss RA adaptor is included.
Other valve types may need an additional adaptor. Check the installation guide and datasheet before fitting.

On a compatible valve, replacing the thermostat head needs no draining or wiring.

Replacing an unsuitable valve is a separate plumbing job. Any new RF Switch connection to the heating system requires a qualified installer.

Does the Heating Pack switch my heating on?

Yes, once RF Switch has been wired and the setup configured by a qualified installer. Paired neoFlo devices can then send wireless requests to RF Switch to activate the connected boiler or heating zone.

Does the whole pack need professional installation?

RF Switch must be wired to your heating system by a qualified installer. Replacing a thermostat head on a compatible radiator valve needs no draining or wiring; replacing an unsuitable valve is a separate plumbing job.

Can I use the Heating Pack alongside underfloor heating?

Yes, alongside compatible neo underfloor heating controls. The included neoHub G3 lets you manage radiator rooms and your other connected neo heating controls in the same app. Your installer should check how the heating zones work together.

Does the pack cover three rooms?

It includes three neoFlo devices, with one needed for each radiator you want to control. A room with more than one radiator may need more than one device.

Can I add more neoFlo devices later?

Yes. Fit additional neoFlo devices to compatible radiators as needed. Check the remaining capacity of your neoHub G3 and RF Switch before expanding.

How does neoHub G3 connect to the internet?

Connect neoHub G3 to your internet router using an Ethernet cable, then follow the setup instructions in neoApp. neoFlo pairs wirelessly with the hub.
