Very (pleasantly) surprised at how easy this was to set up. The Neostats had been installed by a qualified electrician, the hub arrived and it took about 30 mins to connect to my hub, configure and pair with the (6) neostats in my home. I was up and running using the (pretty good) mobile app very quickly and all working smoothly.

The product took a bit of figuring out to set up, as the iPhone app is not totally intuitive. However once figured out, it's not difficult to use and seems to work well. Note we had to buy an extra plug for £40 as our wifi router is not close enough to the thermostat (4m over and one floor up)

Could be improved by improving the wireless signs strength but otherwise works very well with other devices providing remote access

The initial unit did not connect to HomeKit and needed replacing. The new unit worked out the box.

A necessary device for the Neo system. Reasonably priced and makes the whole system simple to set up. No messing about with router ports or fixed IP addresses.

Very easy to set up and configure. The app is starting to look a bit dated (not yet optimised larger 4.7" or 5.5" iPhone screens), but it's functional and it is under active development even if the focus hasn't been on optimising for larger screens. The HomeKit support is great and completely mitigates any concerns over the app itself.
