Arrived very well packed and very secure, delivered in time as expected. The neoPlug worked as explained when purchased and has now created a very fast wireless connection between stat and receiver. You just have to plug it in and it operates immediately.

Appears to come in and out of the Wi-fi without reason. After several weeks I would say it works but is unreliable. Heatmiser reply: The neoPlug doesn't use WiFi but connects to your neoHub
