I bought this to boost the signal from the Neo Air thermostat to the wiring centre and it has certainly done that. I can now have the stats in the rooms they're controlling, which I couldn't do before. Just plugged it in and it worked. Not setup required. My only negative comment is that the (very scant) instructions in the box relate only to using the plug as a smartplug, not as a repeater so I'll have to experiment to see whether the repeater function works without the green light button being activated on the plug. Perhaps that's just needed when using it as a smartplug. Not sure yet. Otherwise, it just has a flashing red light.

We bought this product as we were having problems with the signal between the thermostat and the controller, and the product description indicated that the Smart Plug would act as a booster. So far, so good as we haven't had a signal drop out since we installed it.

No indication of how to use included Heatmiser Reply: When used without a neoHub, it only needs to be plugged into the wall - no pairing is required.
