Was experiencing the "offline" issue that can affect Heatmiser thermostats so kind of had to buy one. Failed to get it working despite trying different locations. Once, I was informed the plug and my mobile needed to be on the same WiFi network as the plug which I was surprised to receive. Anyway, called Heatmiser the following day. Tech support had me try a midway location and had me reset the plug after which it worked first time. Something I only realised from the box it came in is that it's a smart plug as well which is a handy bonus. One star off because I had to contact Heatmiser to get it working but otherwise it works fine and has fixed our intermittent offline thermostat. .

I bought this to boost the mesh signal in my heatmiser /neohub/ neoair network . It does that just great (so far) . It was easy to set up.
