Neo Hub
I sent an earlier comment regarding power cuts. I have since asked a keyholder to check my thermostats. They have all resumed at correct settings. But I cannot connect to them from my app. They were all correctly set up in the first place. Now when I try to log in I go straight to a “Locations” page asking me for an Auto. Login lovationor other locations. Help how do I get to my normal homepage showing my thermostats. I will not get your reply until Tuesday 24th as I am on a cruise ship and will be at sea with no signal until then. Peter McManus

Noe Hub
I contacted Heatmiser for advice. All my thermostats had to be reset after power cuts. I was told my system was missing a Neo hub, which would automatically reset after power cuts. I was concerned because I received advance notification of a day long power cut 19/3/26 which is the day I was going abroad for 3 weeks. I bought and set up my Neohub which was working fine before I left home. I tried to connect to my hub through the app this morning. Instead of it being all OK I have discovered the app is asking me to reset my hub by pressing the set up button on my Neo Hub. I am in Tenerife - my hub is in my home in Yorkshire???? I await your comments and help if at all possible??

Having the ability to control my thermostats remotely via the app is brilliant. The hub was very easy to set up and link to the thermostats. The app is good and easy to use to check, monitor and control temperatures and heating usage across all rooms. Would highly recommend this product.
