      it was a shame that I was not advised within the packageing that the producy V2 had been altered/upgraded as opposed to my original V2's which have a red button between the buttons

      But I am happy to have the newer model as styling and layout of the control buttons have been much improved.

      This was purchased as a replacement for an earlier version of the same model that has worked faultlessly for around 15 years.

      It started to give problems but I have since found that the problems were in fact caused by the internal battery needing to be replaced.

      Product and price very good. Delivery not - Arrived later than guaranteed (Thursday instead of Wednesday) and the Email didnt tell me where they had left the item. Why not tell me the house number ?

      Never had a problem with these units installed dozens of them now. Good solid kit at a reasonable price
