Can’t add to app a keep getting diverted to automatic reply’s instead of customer support
No/ extremely poor customer service 1 and a half hours on hold to have no solution for problem and no support by email either

Next day delivery great. Very easy to add to the app. Now have 3 to boost signal though out home to hopefully stop the neostat going into safe mode.

Very good and solid product, we use them line relays. Would be nice to have a switching 3 pole relay that we can panel mount that is integrated to the app like to Neo Plug
