All UK Mainland Orders received after 1 PM will be dispatched next working day, and sent by FedEx for delivery between 2-3 Working Days.
Deliveries to EU Countries
Orders shipped to the EU will not be charged UK VAT by our store. However, please note that your order will be considered as an import and so will be subject to local VAT and duty, that the courier will collect from you prior to delivery.

Returns
You have the right to return a product for any reason within 14 days of delivery, per your statutory rights.
We will issue a refund for unwanted products if returned within 30 days. However, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if returned after 14 days. Trade customer terms apply.
Please note, if you bought the product from a third-party supplier, you must contact them to arrange the return.
Unless your product is confirmed as faulty, shipping and carrier charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for all returned goods whilst in transit. Therefore, we advise that you use a fully tracked service so you know it has arrived with us safely.

Please do not return anything without receiving your unique return number first, by following the steps below.
- Download and complete the form below and send it to returns@heatmiser.com.
- We will process your request and send you a return number.
- You can then return your product(s) to us with your unique number.

Faulty Products
If you are experiencing problems with your product(s), please contact us on 01254 669090 before you complete this form so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
We also have an FAQ page and a range of product tutorials on our YouTube channel which may help with any issues you are experiencing.
We operate with a two-year back-to-base warranty, which requires all suspected faulty items to be returned and tested before any replacements are issued.
Faulty products returned within 30 days will be refunded. A replacement will be sent if you return a product after this period.
