Compatibility Notice – neoHub (1st Generation)
The neoStat-HW V3 requires a neoHub (2nd Generation or later) and is not compatible with the original 1st Generation neoHub.
As the neo system has evolved, newer products have been designed around modern connectivity standards to deliver improved reliability, performance and long-term support. As a result, the latest neoStat-HW V3 cannot be supported by the original neoHub hardware.
If you are upgrading from a first-generation neoHub, a current neoHub is required to unlock the full benefits of the neo smart control system and ensure compatibility with future updates and enhancements.
