    When paired to the neoHub (sold separately) you can control your hot water from anywhere.

    The neoStat-hw v2 communicates to the neoHub and other neoStats within your home, to create a fully controllable network system of your home heating and hot water system. 

    Simple installation is key with Neo. The neoStat-hw v2 has been designed to replace an existing three wire thermostat, and after joining the zone to the neoHub G2, remote control is possible.

      When these stats work they are great, bought 5, 7 years ago and over the last 18 months have replaced all of them as oe by one they gave up the ghost. Hope V2 lasts a little longer, otherwise I might need to find a brand that has better life expectancy.

      Super easy to use, great control of the system Fromm ywhere in the world. Now on v.2 thermostats as all the v.1's failed in the first 5 years. Replaced them all (7) with v.2 which seem fine. I like the system.

      I had huge trouble replacing old unit neostat hw with V2. Problem setting date and times. Numerous attempts before clock started working. Followed instructions! No help on your website

      This is a replacement for one that has gone faulty. I’m a little disappointed that the original only lasted 5 years considering my old “analogue” one lasted more than 20. The other issue I have with the system is, why, if there is a central hub, do I have to set the time/date on each individual thermostat. It’s supposed to be a “mesh” network yet the hub cant set the time on the 6 Heatmiser thermostats/timers. I have to do it manually and they are rubbish at keeping the correct time. While replacing this timer the hub said 18:19 (correct time) yet the individual thermostats were between 10-15 minutes out. It’s great in the respect that I can control everything from my phone but it’s the simple things that are more practical. Heatmiser Reply: The neoHub does indeed set the time on the connected neoStat so if that isnt working for you there is an issue with your system.
