Heatmiser neoPlug - Smart Plug

Particularly useful to add local electric heaters to supplement underfloor heating for the coldest days.

It has cured a problem I had where thermostates would go OFFLINE. Very easy to set up the Neoplug.

I have 3 neoPlugs on my 3 floor house. After about a year they begin to fail. Several factory resets later, then just red flashing light. Add neoplug replacements to my cost the frequent battery replacements in the wireless room stats, this is not exactly a cheap system.

I bought this to act as a wireless repeater between a NeoAir thermostat and an RF Switch v2. There is nothing on or in the box to indicate how you set it up to act in this way. The Quick Start guide in the box simply says to pair it to the Neo App, which is not possible without first pairing the app to a NeoHub or Wifi thermostat. I’ve just spent 40 minutes in the support phone queue only to discover that no action at all is required to get it to act as a repeater, other than plugging it in and turning it on. It would be REALLY helpful if the box information or Quick Start guide actually made this clear! Hence the score of 3 stars only.
