Neo is the best in the market
Used as a replacement for an earlier Heatmiser Stat that failed. The new design is neat and the display bright. Heatmiser products are well manufactured and have served me well for the last four years.
Touch buttons are very sensitive, not working every time, had a bit of trouble connecting 2 out of 3 Neoair. Two would not show up on the app, i am going back to reset them & reconnect
GOOD. Has all then functions i want in a smart device. A couple more buttons or homepage shortcuts to give the classic +30mins heating or +30mins hot water. It takes 3 clicks to boost. Needs to be one click. Good product, but suffers from the classic modern problem like DAB radios where all the 100 years of knowledge about industrial design had been lost. Like people preferring buttons that click and nobs that turn and critical functions being one click or one turn. This device would be too complex for an 80 year old and someone with dementia. It needs to be able to work for them too. Four stars because it is at the BETTER end of this problem in terms of all the systems I've had. But bring back all the user experience design which means my older heating system is actually much easier to use for the 90% of most common functions. I'd pay £10 more for more real buttons and nobs. People have managed to build robust kit with these components in the past. Why not now?
Look good in our new home!
It is a fantastic product. I have no comments of its performance but sometimes it make really hard to press and input the enter key command. Specially when setting up the system. Once done all successfully it will work great.
